Ever since I was a toddler I had a million questions...I think the first word I spoke was, WHY".
My reply to everything was "WHY"... I must have driven my dear Mom and Dad crazy! I certainly am grateful for their patients of providing answers to my every question. Even if the answer was sometimes, "just because"!

In the old days, people used to help build each other's homes, barns, and garages.
Neighbors helped each other with everything...
- Home Repairs,
- Car Repairs,
- Baby Sitting, Even sharing food from their gardens. And the list goes on...

Is Help just, ‘Information’? NO!
The answer to a "WHY" question will help satisfy curiosity but...
Dare I suggest, "Help me with physical labor?" Sounds like work!
Well if you're a rehabber like me, that work happens to be FUN!
So, for a long story short... I met this fellow rehabber at the local Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) that could use a little help to stay within budget on his project.
I needed some help with my project to stay within my budget too.
We used the idea of Help-and-Be-Helped, and helped each other out!
Now there’s a fresh idea?
Need rehabber help? Just ask... Some will, some won't, so what?
It never hurts to ask!

It doesn't matter who you are,
What does matter is,
- what you're doing,
- with whom...
I have fun helping my friends with their projects, and I'm sure they have fun helping me with my projects.
While the cost of the project can be expensive...
The work we do together is priceless!
WHY - Help and Be Helped?
- Because it's fun,
- Because it's cost effective,
- Because it builds relationships,
- Because helping others makes you feel good,
- Because sometimes we all need a little help,
If nothing else, how about, "just because"!
Dang-it... Quit watching the bad news on TV!
Sorry... I just can't respond to your questions about how bad the economy and the housing markets are!
Really, that's a waste of time and energy!
Rehabber Help is a great use of time and energy!
