The theme of the website is based on questions I've been getting from my friends at our local real estate investors association and visitors from the website.

The most recent page I put up was about knowing "Who" our customers are - Supply and Demand.

Finding great deals today is fairly simple, the page suggest to know who your buyer or renter will be before you buy.

We are only at the beginning...

I have 30+ years experience of buying and selling homes, working the skilled trades, land lording, licenses, and education all related to the real estate industry.
And I'm just getting warmed up.

Fact is...

It's no fun alone!

I think we are alike when it comes to talking and working with others who are interested in the same topics we're interested in.

I get super-charged and super-productive by writing this letter to you and to all the visitors who are asking me questions on the Ask-The-Rehabber™ site.

So I want to thank you for taking the time to correspond with me, or just visiting the website, and hope that I've been encouraging and motivating for you too.

My strong hunch is...

Starting the Ask-The-Rehabber™ site is going to develop into a highly productive community of achievers that can connect with each other!
And know that someone just like you,
somewhere in the world,
is working in the same direction, and has similar goals.

That in itself is pure motivation and a reason to keep active with what we all love to do.
We will learn from each other, reduce mistakes, and increase our success.

"This is working together from afar".
